Follow these 5 simple steps and we will have you back up and running in no time.

01. Click the download link above and when prompted click “Save” and save the file to your desktop.
02. Once the file is downloaded, click the “Run” button.
03. You may receive a warning, don’t panic - click “Run”
04. Click the “Client” tab
05. Click the “Start” button and provide the RCN Engineer with the number in “Your ID”
We will now take control of your system to help resolve the problem.
